Industrial Medicine Associates, PC, was founded in 1990 by David Pulver, MD, and Aryeh Klahr, MD. IMA has since become a national leader with a unique reputation for providing a full range of Disability Evaluations, Independent Medical Evaluations and Corporate Health and Occupational Medical Services.

IMA has developed software technology for disability evaluation services. For the past 18 years, IMA has performed examinations for Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, Liability, No-Fault, Peer Review, Film Review, Fitness for Duty, Pre-Employment Physicals, DOT Physicals, Drug Testing, Disability Assessment Evaluations and OSHA Mandated Examinations, all in accordance with established regulations.

Our panels of physicians are experienced in occupational medicine and are well versed in the regulations concerning disability evaluation processes, Workers’ Compensation, the ADA, Drug Testing and FMLA. Examinations are performed at one of IMA’s many offices throughout the country.
