AN INNOVATIVE AND PROVEN PROCESS

We provide a comprehensive level of service that stands out among CE providers. The process begins by selecting, credentialing and training physicians who are willing to make the commitment to provide quality CE's as an integral part of their professional lives. We employ full-time physician recruiters to facilitate this process.

Appointments are scheduled by professional schedulers who negotiate appointment dates and times. These schedulers are able to coordinate examinations for claimants who may require more than one type of exam or testing on the same visit, thus reducing transportation issues, costs and processing time.

We have our own Quality Assurance team to review CE reports for content, format and timeliness.

We have worked cooperatively with the DDS and facilitated the electronic transfer of CE data between us and the New York Division of Disability Determinations. CE orders are received via a secure website, allowing appointments to be scheduled within 24 hours. We then transmit, via secure website, appointment history information such as appointment dates, times and show / no-show information back to the New York DDD. We then scan the completed CE reports and upload them to the New York DDD secure website.
